Advanced Certificate in International Studies

(12 hours – excluding requisites)

The Advanced Certificate in International Studies is a 12-hour certificate program designed to equip leaders for service in a broad array of cross-cultural contexts. The student will investigate how cultures affect commerce, government, religion, diplomatic relations, and other facets of society. The students will take a least one foundational course and choose any of the three MAIS elective courses which suit their career aspirations and personal interests.

MAIS 5317 - Comparing Government Structures and Political Systems

MAIS 6306 - Cross-Cultural and Global Leadership
